Flight Operations & Service Disclaimer

RAPTOR UAS conducts all unmanned aircraft operations in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, airspace requirements, and established safety procedures. Flight operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, site conditions, aircraft limitations, and other factors that may affect the safety or legality of an operation.

Safety comes first. RAPTOR UAS reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline a flight when weather, visibility, wind, precipitation, airspace restrictions, site conditions, equipment limitations, or other circumstances make the requested operation unsafe or not legally permissible. FAA rules include specific operating limitations related to visibility and cloud clearance, and certain operations may require additional authorization or a waiver.

While RAPTOR UAS will make every reasonable effort to accommodate client requests and scheduled projects, not every requested operation can be guaranteed. Project completion, scheduling, flight duration, imagery, and deliverables may be affected by conditions beyond our control. If an operation cannot be safely or legally completed, RAPTOR UAS will communicate the situation with the client and, when practical, work to identify an alternative date or solution.
